Proposal is a mixed-use development consisting of a five (5)-story, mixed-use building totaling approximately 43,800 square feet. The building will contain thirty-eight (38) residentialunits, five (5) of which will be Inclusionary Development Policy Units ("IDP Units"). The ground floor consistsof 6,670 square feet of commercial retail space that provides new space for the long-existing Dorchester Market and an improved restaurant use. In addition, there will be twenty-six (26) on-site/off-streetgarage parking spaces located below-grade. Trash/recycling room will be located within the building.
