South Boston PDA Development Plan

The proposed PDA development at 370 West First Street would include the redevelopment of a portion of an underutilized industrial site within the Reserved Channel Development project site in the South Boston neighborhood into a mixed-use residential project containing approximately 312,000 square feet of gross floor area, including approximately 287 residential units, approximately 10,000 square feet of ground level active uses, and indoor and outdoor amenity space.
