Project Description

The Proponent proposes to raze the existing building at the site and construct in its place a new, nine-story building with a GFA of approximately 181,240 sf. The ground level of the Proposed Building would include a single-engine, fire station (with an associated mezzanine level), an accessory café / co-working space, entrance lobby, and space for mechanical equipment and truck loading. The remainder of the building would accommodate office and research laboratory uses. Excluded from the calculation of GFA would be basement, accessory parking for approximately 33 vehicles: 16 reserved for users of the fire station; and 17 for all other users of the building.
