Project Description
TPC Boston Parcel 13 Holdings, LLC (the "Proponent"), an affiliate of The Peebles Corporation, filed a Revised Letter of Intent ("LOI") with the Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") on Thursday, April 7th, 2022 for the proposed development of Air Rights Parcel 13 in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. The Parcel 13 site is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street, partially over the east and west bound lanes of the Massachusetts Turnpike and partially over the MBTA Green Line Hynes Station. The Proponent contemplates the development of Parcel 13 to include approximately 300,000 gross square feet of lab / office commercial component, a 100% affordable housing rental program of approximately 125 units, ancillary retail spaces, appropriate amenity and mechanical spaces, public bicycle parking for approximately 100 commuter bicycles and new headhouses for the MBTA Green Line Hynes Station at Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street locations.
