Mildred Hailey Electrification

The Boston Housing Authority is pursuing a transformative reinvestment in the Mildred C. Hailey apartments through a partnership with the City of Boston. This publicly ­administered redevelopment will leverage municipal, state, federal, and utility resources to improve housing quality of 456 units of federally-assisted public housing. Pursuant to Article 80B-2.5 of Boston's zoning code, the Boston Planning & Development Agency is proposing to waive Article 80 review. This project will rehabilitate and improve the housing quality of existing affordable housing units.
