Project Description
The proposed redevelopment would replace the existing buildings, which are vacant and outdated, with a five-building program comprising approximately 930,000 square feet of gross floor area (the "Project"). Specifically, the proposed Project is expected to include approximately 290,000 sf of health care uses, approximately 200 units (220,000 sf) of senior housing, approximately 300 units (320,000 sf) of multi family housing, approximately 50,000 sf of educational uses, and approximately 50,000 sf of retail usage. The Project is expected to include subsurface parking garages containing approximately 535 parking spaces.
