Berklee College of Music - 12 Hemenway Street

Berklee proposes to renovate an existing, four-story, approximately 30,400 square-foot building located at 12 Hemenway Street to accommodate approximately 110 student beds in 63 units (theProject). There are four existing parking spaces that will remain. 12 Hemenway Street (shown inFigure 1-1) is an ideal location for student housing as it is across the street from one of Berklee’s main buildings at 1140 Boylston Street, and next door to the new practice facility on Boylston Street.
