Project Description

The Proponent proposes to revitalize the Project Site with a new multi-family development that is consistent with the character and context of the surrounding community. The proposed project would upgrade the Project Site with a coastal flood resilient four-story, 20 unit residential development that includes 10 on-site garaged parking spaces, 22 bike spaces, new sidewalk, pedestrian access, landscaping, open space, public realm and overall site improvements.
