Project Description
The proposed project consists of the demolition of an existing three-family structure at 11 Burney Street, and the construction of a new, approximately 27,779 SF full five-story building with penthouse, including 31 rental units, of which 4 will be designated as income restricted, and 6 garage parking spaces. The proposed project incorporates 1,900 SF of ground floor restaurant space and a new laneway concept creating 2,853 SF of open space for recreational activities and outdoor seating.
