Project Description

US Wharf LLC (the Proponent) proposes to demolish the existing structure and construct a new 4-story, 28,680-square-foot boutique hotel containing approximately 35–45 keys. The project would also include approximately 2,000 square feet of first-floor restaurant space open to hotel guests and the public, as well as dedicated open space with new Harborwalk connections. As the property is located within the North End Waterfront Sub-District of the Harborpark and exceeds 10,000 square feet of gross floor area, it is subject to Large Project Review.
