Project Description

Meridian Maverick, LLC seeks to renovate and convert the existing three-story masonry commercial building at 59 Meridian Street / 82 Paris Street in East Boston into a mixed-use residential and commercial building. The Project will retain approximately 2,456 square feet of ground-floor retail space and create fifteen (15) new residential units on a new two-story addition above the existing building. Consistent with the Office-to-Residential Conversion Program's requirements, 17% of total units (approximately 3 units of 15) will be Inclusionary Zoning units.
