Project Description
The Project will consist of approximately 202,000 SF of GFA, 18-story (measuring approximately 210 feet in height to the top of the last occupiable floor) student residence hall containing approximately 972 student beds along with approximately three Community Director apartments, student support spaces, a ground floor bicycle room, and dining, wellness and gathering spaces.
