Project Description

The proposed Project includes demolition of the existing vacant structure and construction of a new self-storage facility constituting a Warehousing use, including two new buildings comprising up to approximately 144,000 square feet of floor area: an approximately four-story main building, and a single-story outbuilding. The main building will be approximately 45 feet in height. The Project will include accessory uses such as an office and restroom. The Project will also include the construction of new parking spaces, loading areas, and landscaping.
