Project Description

The Proponent has agreements pending and / or signed leasing documents with two Exercise and Entertainment use tenants for indoor soccer and “bouldering” activities. The uses are allowed within the PDA Master Plan for the site. The proposed leases will require a change of use for the balance of the building, which exceeds the 50,000 square foot threshold for Article 80 Large Project Review. The tenants and Proponent are not proposing any modifications to the shell, core or façade of the building, other than the addition of appropriate retail wayfinding signage for each tenant, and are not proposing to increase the GSF / FAR square footage of the existing Building.
