Project Description

The Approved Project at 38 Hichborn Street in Brighton proposes to construct a 5-story building with twenty-four (24) rental units, a ground floor commercial space and eight (8) off-street parking spaces on a 3,976 square-foot lot. In the Notice of Project Change (NPC) filing, the Proponent is seeking to add two (2) rental units and a residential tenant space in place of the ground floor commercial space. The NPC would increase the unit count from the originally approved twenty-four (24) units to twenty-six (26) units.
