38 Hichborn Street

The Proposed Project consists of the redevelopment of a 3,976 square-foot existing lot located at 38 Hichborn Street, in Brighton. Construction of a new 6-story building will include (24) residential units. Parking is provided at grade and accessed from Hichborn Street. Eight (8) total off-street parking spaces are provided. All parking is located internal to the building. In addition, the Proposed Project will provide twenty-four (24) residential bicycle parking spaces, in addition to the four (4) visitor spaces, one (1) will be designated for employee parking on-site.
