Project Description

329 Blue Hill Avenue is a proposed five-story, 40-unit, income-restricted family rental development located along Boston’s Blue Hill Avenue corridor in the Dorchester/Roxbury area of Suffolk County. The project is planned as new construction on an approximately 23,708-square-foot (0.54-acre), currently vacant site that is owned by Caribbean Integration Community Development. The proposed building will contain approximately 49,620 gross square feet, including approximately 47,020 square feet of residential space and approximately 2,600 square feet of commercial space. The project will transform an underutilized, privately owned vacant parcel into a mixed-use development that expands the supply of permanently income-restricted family housing while creating neighborhood-serving commercial space along a major community corridor.
