Project Description
The 28-30 Geneva Street project was originally approved by the BPDA Board on May 16, 2019, as a 5-story building with 26 residential condo units and 19 off-street vehicle parking spaces. On November 13, 2020, the Proponent submitted a document to the BPDA requesting authorization to revise the project. The proposed revisions include the elimination of 1 floor and 7 units from the previously approved building, which would result in a 4-story residential building with 19 residential condo units and 19 off-street vehicle parking spaces.
