Project Description

The Project Site consists of approximately 119,034 square feet (approximately 2.7 acres) of commercial/industrial land bounded by Hyde Park Avenue, Milton Street, and the MBTA commuter rail tracks. The Proposed Project contemplates the construction of two modern self-storage buildings to be developed in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of a five-story building containing approximately 196,000 square feet of self-storage (“Warehouse”) space. Phase 2, which will commence only after the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for Phase 1 by the Inspectional Services Department, will consist of a second five-story building containing approximately 129,000 square feet of self-storage (“Warehouse”) space. Upon completion, the Proposed Project will provide a maximum of fifty-nine (59) off-street parking spaces serving the facility.
