Project Description

The proposed development at 169-177 Cambridge Street would replace four existing multifamily houses along Cambridge Street, between Sorrento and Seattle Streets, with a new six-story multifamily residential building totaling approximately 82,837 square feet. The project would include up to 151 residential units, an onsite garage with 28 parking spaces, resident amenities spaces, as well as rooftop solar panels and a roof deck.
