Project Description

The proposed project will construct a new 6-story mixed-use building (the “New Building”) with a total of fifty-eight (58) residential units for lease (consisting of one-, two-, and three- bedroom units), approximately 1842 sf of ground-floor retail space, a minimum of four (4) parking spaces, potentially more with the use of stackers, twenty-four (24) indoor bicycle parking spaces, outdoor amenity space and related site improvements (the “Proposed Project”). The New Building will consist of approximately 47,878 gross square feet.
