15-19 Congress Street

This NPC is a portion of the originally approved Congres Square project. Hemisphere Development Group, LLC proposes changes to 15 Congress Street that include approximately 116 hotel guestrooms instead of 35 residential condominiums. Retail space will continue to be included on the ground floor. The five-story addition to 15 Congress Street is proposed to be nearly identical in massing to that previously reviewed.
