Seventy-five thousand dollars was granted to Fenway Community Health Center, $25,000 to Friends of Ramler Park, and $25,000 to the Fenway Community Development Corporation. The project is being developed by National Development and 3 other investors, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Clarion Partners, and Charles River Realty Investors.
