Have a say in your community, attend a public meeting!                       Hodge Boiler Works Community Wide Meeting
Wednesday, February, 22, 2012, 6:00pm-7:00pm
Maverick Landing Community Center, 31 Liverpool St., East Boston
  Public meeting to review the revised East Boston Hodge Boiler Works project.  Boiler Works LLC has revised their previously approved 119 unit project to a 95 unit residential building with 75 parking spaces , a 30 slip marina, a marina building, a public café, and significant public access to and along the Boston Harbor (the “Proposed Project”). The project change is limited to a decrease in the number of housing units, a small increase in open space and a substantial decrease in the gross floor area from 188,346 gross square feet to 106,853 gross square feet. The revised project will also be seeking zoning relief through a Planned Development Area (PDA). 411 D Street Community Wide Meeting
Wednesday, February 22, 2012, 6:30pm - 8:00pm Lithuanian Club, 368 West Broadway, South Boston
  Public meeting to review the proposed 411 D Street project in South Boston.  The proponent proposes two buildings for residential use on the upper floors and retail and parking use on the ground floors.  The proposal includes 197 units of rental housing with 129 parking spaces.     Ink Block Community Wide Meeting
Thursday, February 23, 2012, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Project Place, 1145 Washington Street, South End 
  National Development is proposing to develop Ink Block on an underutilized site at 300 Harrison Avenue in the South End. The mixed-use project includes the construction of three new buildings and the reuse of the existing Boston Herald industrial building. The approximately 548,900 square foot project in four buildings will consist of approximately 471 new residential units and a total of approximately 85,000 square feet of retail space, including a grocery store and multiple smaller scale ground floor retail spaces.
