New Developer to Move Forward on 9-23 Griggs Street

BRA board approved Mount Vernon Company as new developer to transform Allston Garage Site. This $23million, 36,377 square foot, 100 unit resident project will enhance pedestrian activity along Griggs Street and Brainerd Road with new residential uses including the creation new open green space. This project will create 200 construction jobs.
