Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

A Public Meeting to review the Draft Project Impact Report ("DPIR") for the Proposed Project at 401 Congress Street (on Massport Parcel A2 and the Triangle Parcel) in the South Boston Waterfront was scheduled to be held on March 16th, 2020. This meeting was cancelled due to the COVID-19 public health emergency and will now be held virtually on Monday, July 27th at 6:00 PM.

The Proponent submitted a DPIR to the BPDA on February 18th, 2020 in response to the Scoping Determination issued by the BPDA on January 23rd, 2020. An Impact Advisory Group ("IAG") Meeting was held on March 11th to review the DPIR.

The public comment period in connection with the DPIR has been extended to Friday, August 7th in consideration of this rescheduled Public Meeting.
