Boston University Medical Center - Dental School Amendment

The renovation and expansion plan for the GSDM provides for a total of approximately 126,100 square feet of Gross Floor Area1 (“GFA”) at the Project Site. The Project includes a new addition of approximately 41,900 GFA to the existing 84,200 GFA facility, and the renovation of approximately 53,100 GFA of the existing facility, with 31,100 GFA of existing space to remain.
