The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency, hereinafter (the “BPDA”), in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development from the City of Boston (the “City of Boston”), is issuing a request for information (“RFI”) for vendor management solution. The aim is to find a solution that manages all vendor related activities including sub-contractors in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The RFI method is not intended to result in a contract award but is designed to allow for the collection of information that may be used to assist the BPDA and the City of Boston in developing a joint competitive procurement process for vendor management solution. The information received becomes the property of the BPDA and the City of Boston.
