Project Description:
AFH plans to demolish the existing building and construct a multi-story, 23,500 square foot building to accommodate art-related uses. These uses include an art gallery, performance studio, function hall, photo studio and darkroom, graphic design, printing, manufacture of T-shirts and furniture, and offices ("Proposed Project").
