The Proposed Project would reprogram the entire existing structure from a vacant industrial/commercial use to 35 new residential rental units. In connection with the Proposed Project, there will be seven (7) accessory off-street surface parking spaces. In addition, Project Amenities will include an on-site fitness room, bike storage for 44 bikes, building gathering space, laundry room, bike storage room, and storage lockers.
