205 Maverick Street

The Proposed Project consists of the demolition of an existing single story commercial structure which contains the Maverick Street Market and Swish & Swash Laundromat at 197-207 Maverick Street and the construction of a five (5) story, approximately 60,071 square foot mixed-use building with forty nine (49) residential rental units, including seven (7) income-restricted IDP units, two (2) retail/commercial spaces totaling approximately 3,237 square feet, thirty four (34) off-street vehicle parking spaces, and at least forty nine (49) on-site bicycle storage spaces. The Proponent submitted a Small Project Change to the BPDA on June 22, 2021 proposing a change in programming for the 205 Maverick Street project from rental units to condominiums.
