The proposed project consists of twenty (20) residential units. Seventeen (17) of these units will be market rate condominiums. Three (3) of the proposed residential units will be affordable units. The project site is approximately 3 blocks from the Savin Hill MBTA stop along the redline located in Savin Hill. Due to the close proximity of the project to the MBTA’s Savin Hill Train Station, and less than one block from the MBTA’s Number 18 bus stop, the project has been designed as a Transit Oriented Development.
