Located on Tremont Street in the Mid-Town Cultural Zoning District and South Cove Urban Renewal Area, the parcel referred to as P-12C offers the potential for a mixed-use development that can create synergy with neighboring uses and communities, including Chinatown and Bay Village. The parcel referred to as P-12C is well-placed to meet community needs. The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is engaging the communty to discuss potential development guidelines to be included in a future Request for Proposals (RFP). 

The development guidelines for this parcel incorporate community comments and identify site constraints and opportunities. The guidelines will be part of the RFP to be issued in late summer 2017.
