<![CDATA[9 Geneva Street Public Meeting]]> The BPDA is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 9 Geneva Street in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The proposal is to construct a new five-story, 28-unit residential apartment building with on-site parking for 16 vehicles in an at-grade garage, a residential lobby, utility spaces, and a dedicated bicycle room.
