Please note: this Public Meeting, originally scheduled for April 18, 2022, has been rescheduled for April 26, 2022.

Community Meeting to discuss a modification of the Charlestown Urban Renewal Plan affecting only Parcel R-11D-2a (a parcel located in the rear of 46 Cook Street). The modification will allow for a new construction home fronted along 6 Kelley Court, according to plans previously submitted and approved at the Zoning Board of Appeals. A new Land Disposition Agreement for single-family use is proposed for this subdivided parcel.
