The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the redevelopment of Parcel 22a, one parcel of vacant land located in the South End Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-56, (the “Parcel”), and referred to as 151 Lenox Street, South End / Lower Roxbury. The Parcel is approximately 4,692 square feet. This RFP offers proponents an opportunity to submit proposals to redevelop the Parcel for a community center or residential housing with ground floor mixed use. A disposition price of $40.00 per square gross foot of proposed market rate floor area and $35.00 per square gross foot of proposed below market rate floor area is being sought for the Parcel.
