New work will include drywall partitions, storefront, ceilings, lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection. All interested bidders shall be aware that this project has important Substantial and Final Completion dates which must be achieved for the opening of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Department of Children and Families, Boston Legal and Central Office Support Units at the China Trade Center.
