The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is issuing a Second Request for Proposals (“Second RFP”) to operate and implement a FOOD VENDOR SERVICES Program in the Charlestown Navy Yard on June 17, 2017, during the Sail Boston 2017 Parade of Sail event in the City of Boston. This RFP neither rescinds nor replaces the previously RFP issued on May 22, 2017 for a FOOD VENDOR SERVICES Program in the Charlestown Navy Yard during the Sail Boston 2017 Parade of Sail (“First RFP”). Responsible parties that submitted a responsive proposal to the First RFP need not submit a new proposal. To the extent any award is made, the BRA will award license agreements to the parties that submitted the most advantageous proposals in response to the First RFP. After awarding license agreements under the First RFP, the BRA will open and review proposals submitted in response to the Second RFP. To the extent any further award is made, the BRA will award license agreements to the parties that submitted the most advantageous proposals in response to the Second RFP.
