Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (“RLFMP”) Trolley Stop Program Request for Proposals ("RFP")

The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a the Boston

Planning & Development Agency (“EDIC”) is issuing a Request for Proposals, (hereinafter “Proposal(s)” and/or “RFP(s)”) for the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (“RLFMP”) Trolley Stop Program (hereinafter, the “Program”). The awarded license will be for one (1) season starting on or about April 1, 2020 and running through November 30, 2020 (the “Initial Term”), with the EDIC holding two (2) seasonal extension options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the EDIC. If exercised by the EDIC, the first option term would begin April 1, 2021, and run through November 30, 2021 (“First Option Term”); if exercised by the EDIC, the second option term would begin April 1, 2022 and run through November 20, 2022, (the “Second Option Term.”)

 

The minimum “License Fee” payable to EDIC for use of the RLFMP Trolley Stop shall be Thirty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy One Dollars ($36,771.00) per selected respondent. The EDIC will enter into license agreements with up to three (3) respondents, to operate throughout the cruise ship season (“License Term”), subject to the official Massachusetts Port Authority “Port of Call” cruise ship schedule.
