Parking Access and Revenue Control System (“PARCS”) Invitation for Bids (“IFB”)
In conformance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, §39M, as may be amended, the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Acting Chief Procurement Officer (the “Official”) and acting as lead jurisdiction on behalf of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) also d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), invites sealed competitive bids, hereinafter “Invitation for Bids” or “IFB”, for a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (“PARCS”), for the purpose of managing BPDA parking facilities. Any reference to the BPDA shall be meant to include both the EDIC and the BRA.
