The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation, d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (the “EDIC”) invites sealed competitive bids for “Repairs to Existing Garage (EDIC Project #1303B),” (the “Project”), for garage repair work to be conducted within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. All bids for this Project are subject to all applicable provisions of law, including without limitation, Sections 39F, and 39K through 39P of Chapter 30 and Chapter 149 Sections 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of the Massachusetts General Laws, as may be amended, and shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the bid documents.
