The Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BRA”), is soliciting written quotes, entitled Arborist Services BRA Owned Properties, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, § 39M as may be amended. The awarded contract will be for a term of one (1) year (the initial term), with two one (1) year extension options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the BRA. In the event the BRA exercises both options, the contract term shall be three (3) years.
