The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Interim Chief Procurement Officer and acting as lead jurisdiction on behalf of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) also d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (the “BPDA”), is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bids entitled “GENERAL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES” (the “IFB”). The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149 § 44A-44J and M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M, as may be amended, and will include building construction and public works construction.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at 22 Drydock Avenue, 2nd floor conference room, Boston, MA 02210. The pre-bid conference will consist of an overview of the project, a question and answer session and a tour of the project area locations.
