Sale of 44 Maple Street Parcel in the Roxbury Neighborhood of Boston

The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning
& Development Agency (“BPDA”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals
(“RFP”) for the redevelopment and sale of one (1) parcel, 12/02471000, representing
approximately 10,406 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban
Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as 44 Maple Street in the Roxbury
neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”).

The BPDA
 seeks to convey the Property for the development of a community garden
and open space. The Property is being offered as is, without warranty of any kind,
express or implied. If concerned about the Property condition, legal or physical
access and the maintenance thereof, property lines or boundaries or any other
matter affecting the Property, prospective developers should investigate and
conduct whatever due diligence and inspection deemed necessary.
The RFP package will be available starting Thursday, February 9th, 2023 at 9:00 AM on
the BPDA Procurement Portalif unable to access the RFP package through the BPDA Procurement Portal, contact

proposal applications must be submitted as instructed and returned directly to the
BPDA, 22 Drydock Avenue, 2nd Floor, South Boston, MA, 02210 by 12:00 PM on April
10th, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.
