The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Interim Chief Procurement Officer is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bids entitled “Pier 4 Pile Repairs” at the Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston MA (the “IFB”). The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M, as may be amended, and will include building construction and public works construction.
