The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), along with the Department of Neighborhood Development (“DND”), are soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the redevelopment and sale of 11 parcels representing approximately 45,367 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as 0 Holworthy Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”). The BPDA and DND seek to convey the Property for the construction of 23 new units, including three (3) single family homes, two (2) two family homes and eight (8) side by side townhomes.
