Olmsted Green Lena Park CDC and Brooke Charter School

The four-acre parcel formerly owned by Lena Park Community Development Corporation (the “Lena Park Parcel”) is adjacent to the Olmsted Green East Campus. The Lena Park parcel is planned for educational use by the Brooke Charter School. The Fourth Amendment to the Olmsted Green PDA Plan amends the provision that the school use on the Lena Park Parcel may be up to approximately 73,600 square feet from approximately 61,000 square feet.
