Developer Compliance

The Developer Compliance Manager reviews, tracks, and monitors the progress of commitments made for privately funded projects that are subject to the Article 80 process of the Boston Zoning Code. These commitments include both monetary and non-monetary obligations. Developer Compliance works closely with the legal department, administration and finance, developers, and the development project managers, to ensure commitments are measurable and quantifiable, that developers meet these commitments on a timely basis, and that developer obligations are fulfilled per the relevant Article 80 project legal agreement.
