Roslindale As-of-Right Required BPDA Design Review Plans

These projects are as of right and do not seek zoning relief, but they require Design Review by the BPDA due to the requirements of Article 67: Section 67-28.1(a).

The developer will construct a new, single-family home to include 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The structure is proposed to be 2.5 stories tall, measure approximately 33 feet tall, and include about 2,594 square feet in living area.
