These projects are as of right and do not seek zoning relief, but they require Design Review by the BPDA due to the requirements of the Dorchester Neighborhood Design Overlay District (NDOD).

The Developer has applied to the Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) to renovate and convert existing two-family to a three-family by adding a dormer and an addition to an existing building. If you have any comments, please submit them in writing to Kelly Sherman ( by March 27, 2020.
