<![CDATA[59 Meridian Street Public Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 59 Meridian Street in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on September 8, 2026 and its potential impacts.

Meridian Maverick, LLC seeks to renovate and convert the existing three-story masonry commercial building at 59 Meridian Street / 82 Paris Street in East Boston into a mixed-use residential and commercial building. The project will retain approximately 2,456 square feet of ground-floor retail space and create fifteen (15) new residential units on a new two-story addition above the existing building. Consistent with the Office-to-Residential Conversion Program's requirements, 17% of total units (approximately 3 units of 15) will be deed-restricted as Inclusionary Zoning units.
